The restaurant is situated in what looks a little likes a large old wooden warehouse. This is a very simple establishment with, as others have commented, very quirky decor, but this only adds to the atmosphere. We had lunch here on a Saturday when it was quite busy, mostly with locals, but the service was fine. We thought the food to be good, although we were surprised at a Vietnamese restaurant not serving Pho. We did not ask for alcohol, but there was no sign of it on the menu, and we saw no one drinking beer. I have rated it as very good on the grounds of the overall experience and value for money.
