My husband and I eat at Oishi about 2-3 times a week. This is some of the best food that we eat on the island. It is a balance of sweet and spicy(spice can be adjusted) warm comfort food. It is homemade curry with a variety of options to be added to the rice and curry plate. If you have never had Japanese curry it is close to a flavourful stew gravy over rice with options of vegetables, fried pork, chicken, shrimp, tofu, cheese, egg, and even French fries with curry over them. The restaurant is a simple, very clean sit down place and the staff is friendly and happy to see you. I could not recommend this restaurant more for a delicious filling meal here in Guam.
