I've tried many Bangladeshi cuisines but this meal was by far the worst i've had. I ordered a take away (via Just-Eat) from this restaurant due to the close proximity and reviews. - Tikka masala, even though cooked in coconut milk, this was extremely sweet as a curry. - Shatkora Chicken, lacked flavour, was very mild and contained mostly onions. - Aloo chaat, had a strange taste, may have been the packaging. - Seekh kebab, as a starter, this was to be accompanied by naan bread, which was missing. Two kebabs, both chewy as if they had been microwaved and not freshly cooked. - Meet Samosa, this was easily a frozen samosa cooked by the restaurant that I was charged almost £3 for. - Garlic naan - was the only edible item ordered. The tikka masala is their special dish, i expected a very well made and flavoursome curry. This was a huge let down. None of the curries or the accompaniments were eaten (only tasted), i should have returned these to the restaurant. Instead they all went to waste. As the order was over £27 i was entitled to a bottle of house wine (substitute this with a 1.5L soft drink), which also did not accompany the order. Suffice to say, i will not be ordering from Sanderstead Tandoori again.
