I thought it was about time I wrote a review for my favourite restaurant on the Upper North Shore of Sydney. Oki Oki has been a family favourite now for several years, both at it's current location and before when it was at Palmerston Rd shops in Waitara. The staff are always extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is always beautifully prepared and presented. It is obvious that fresh ingredients are sourced and used, and the care and attention that goes into each meal is wonderful. A favourite of mine is the Butter Chilli Fish. The kids love the extended sushi rolls and it all comes out of the kitchen in a timely manner. Meal prices are very reasonable for what you get. Eg $120 for 2 x entrees, 2 x mains and 3 x extended sushi rolls, as well as a beer and 2 x corkage for wine. This restaurant is a little pocket of Japan/Korea in the middle of Hornsby. I have been many, many times, and I expect that I will be back again and again.
