I ordered an unsweet iced tea with two lemons and an apple walnut salad at the drive up. The person taking the order repeated the order to me. I pulled up and paid for the order and started to drive off when I realized that the tea that I tasted was NOT a unsweeted tea, but a sweet tea instead. As I parked to go into the restaurant to return the tea, I realized that I did not have the apple and walnut that I ordered. I went back into the restaurant and expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager. He did not say that I had the wrong order or anything else but only gave me the items that I ordered and walked away. Evidently McDonald's are now hiring managers that cannot verbalize their thoughts well enough to make an apology to customers.
