My family ate lunch late so they forewent dinner, but at 10 pm on a Sunday night, I was hungry. Left the hotel on foot looking for something quick and easy. Could only find a McDonalds and this Pizza Hut as open places without waiter service. I should have gone to McDonalds. While standing at the counter it took about 5 minutes (with me saying "hello, hello" a few dozen times), to get the girl at the counter to turn around and acknowledge my existance. I ordered a regular pizza and a 20 oz bottle of diet cola (Keep It Simple Stupid). Took forever, (at least 20 minutes), before I was called to the counter to get my order. (They obviously don't deliver to the tables). The cola wasn't diet. After another 5 minutes or so of "hello, hello," to once again attract this girl's attention, the counterperson said they were out of diet. So we sat there and looked at eachother for about 60 seconds or so. (She could have offered me a larger size diet soda as I told her I couldn't have the sugar -- but she didn't). Finally, because she said nothing, I asked for a bottle of water instead. Begrudgingly, she gave it to me. By now it is about 11 pm (do you know where your children are?), so I sit down to eat the pizza. It was awful. Any similarity between that and real pizza was a complete accident. It was a doughy mess with barely enough cheese to cover it. I was hungry enough to eat it but not enough to enjoy it. I didn't complain, because I figured the counterperson wouldn't have cared anyway, but if you want to eat in this area without going for waiter service, DO NOT EAT HERE. Go to McDonalds.
