Ok, Ok. I know I have reviewed this ristorante several times, but the exquisite plates, the presentation, and the wines keep improving. Andrea and Marina have upgraded the ristorante, the food and the service, and it just keeps improving. We had a 2000 Chianti with our 6 PLATES!!! I only tell you about the 1st plate so you have an idea of what I am talking about: Andrea and Marina brought the plates for my wife and I to the table and removed the dome simultaneously...and there was smoke covering our food...which dissipated immediately...just a beautiful presentation of a delicious meat dish!! It is worth noting that Andrea is not classically trained, he learned everything on his own. Marina makes all the dolces (desserts)...of which we had tastings of 6 of them!! OMG...they were delicious. Saluti a Andrea and Marina for making something good...even better.
