Took a bite on the chicken and it is hard as rock. Shows to the staff and ask for replacment but is denied as she mentioned that i have taken a bite on both chicken. What the hell! Am trying to eat the chicken but it is so hard and dried and have no choice as to ask for replacment. This is my worst mcdonald experience in my life. Thank you and no more mcdonald for me.
