This was situated opposite our studio apartment (peters Studios) along the road to ornos beach. We wernt sure what to expect as it has a very local feel and didn't look very touristy. We stopped by for lunch and had the most amazing food. When we sat down we were immediately served a bottle of water with the drinks we ordered. We did ask for draught beer but the pump was not working so had large bottles instead. We ordered a greek salad which was huge and full of beautiful juicy tomatoes and creamy feta with drizzels of olive oil. A portion of chips which were home made sprinkled with salt and herbs. A portion of fried calamari which was the best we have have had so far on the island. It was light and crispy and there was lots of it. In all the bill came to 32 euros which was our cheapest meal so far. I can't fault the food, the service or the value. Will definitely come back. I can't wait to try other things on the menu which is a very traditional greek one. This restaurant is very understated but is a real gem.
