We visit Patsy's in Harlem every time we visit New York. It is a good walk from the subway, but the neighborhood is nice--there is a large Hispanic community in Harlem which reminds me of my hometown & everyone we have encountered there is very nice. At Patsy's, I enjoy the house salad with their balsamic vinaigrette--just great. The pizza is always heavenly. Just the right amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni on a coal-fired crust. The place is usually less than half full--or maybe we just end up visiting during slow times--but Patsy's, in my opinion, deserves to always be busy. Be advised--the restaurant only accepts cash.
