This restaurant, northeast of Mukwanago has always had the potential to be something great but continually falls short of that. The food is less than par and despite the negative comments expressed by patrons, nothing changes. The effect of this is an almost empty dining room on a Friday or Saturday night, something that should shame the management and culinary staff alike. The bar is beautiful, luxurious wood paneling, very attentive bartenders but even that area is often like a ghost town. I do understand, that this is a golf course and the weather being what it is affects attendance in winter but on many summer nights the restaurant is catering to a populace far below its capacity. It's sad that a simple change is not obvious to the management, that is, new manager and new chef. This restaurant does very well on special occasions e.g. Easter brunch which shows its true potential.
