First, I've been to Wolfgang Express in Disney Springs (Downtown Disney when I was there) and it was always stellar. This cafeteria style eatery is far from it. As per expected, prices are rather high for museum food. Based on my prior experiences at Wolfgang Express I had higher expectations. Service was lackluster. No greeting. Guy behind the counter was joking around with his coworker for about 20 seconds before serving me. Only the lady behind the sandwich counter acknowledged us and was friendly to other guests. My husband and I shared a half rotisserie (or roasted) chicken for $15 and a bottled soda and a brownie for dessert. $21--yikes. The chicken was dry, dry, dry. I could have prepared it better for sure. The roasted vegetables were good with a bit of a kick and the macaroni and cheese was tasty. Don't know if the mac n cheese was homemade. It's hard to mess up mac n cheese, honestly. I'll even eat the Kraft out-of-the-box kind. My daughter and her boyfriend also ordered the chicken. Mistakenly got a 1/4 chicken (also very dry) to share which was about $2 cheaper. Make sure you're specific as the half or the quarter. I would recommend trying something that is made to order like a burger or sandwich. The salad bar looked good but it was $5 per half pound. About the only thing I can say for this place is that it was convenient. However there are 2 or 3 places right across the street that would probably be better quality at the same price.
