Walking 5min from the "Bakuro-Yokohama" subway station, you will find a cozy cafe. The area is called "East Tokyo", where many tiny, cozy, good shops are rising day by day. I do not know what the name "Fukumori" means, but this tiny cozy cafe was so nice to me. My friend, living around the cafe, found there and went together. The meal was cheap, but so warm. I ate lunch set, "Teishoku" style, grilled fish and rice with miso soup. My friend had another one, with grilled pork "Teishoku" lunch. It is one of traditional Japanese lunch style and the quality was also good. You can get those "Teishoku" style lunch around 1,000yen to 1,500yen. I think it is nice price. The problem is you must read Japanese menu, and understand it. They usually do not speak or understand English. You might need Japanese friends to translate them. They are serving "Yamagata" local food of Tohoku prefecture, north west area of Japan. The vegetables, fishes, meat, and also rice and sake, all of them were from the same "Yamagata" area. They have another shop near "Akihabara" station. Next to this cafe, there are many shops and galleries. I love this tiny nice shop.
