We were totally new to local cuisine and we stepped into this restaurant as we were intrigued by the big bowls with soup set on fire in the middle of the tables. One friendly waitress explained us everything and told us how to order, what we can order, what is the specialty and what she recommends - this was extremely helpful. We order half mild half spicy soup with several additions like veggies, noodles, wantons etc. All was very good - the fun is that you actually make your own soup and choose the ingredients which makes you feel like a cook :) Overall, it was a bit pricey but the experience was worth it.
