Voluntarily relocated hear after other hotel advised it due to recent construction noise. Quiet residential nook with some barking dogs. Adjacent building under construction but no construction work seen/heard. Advertised safety deposit boxes were unvailable. Some internal "repai" noises at 8 am. Serious hot water, good cold water. All plumbing worked OKAY. Combo tub/shower with some signs of age around standard-sized pink tub. Hotel has generator/inverter to compensate with lack of electrical mains power but only some outlets work off inverter/generator-supplied circuits (no TV/frigde/outlets/heater). Wall-mounted heater failed on day-2, replaced by portable heater that worked well (when power was on). Window-mounted air conditioner unit. Single-pane glass windows with poor sound insulation. Fortunately, no traffic noise. Three WiFi zones for complementary Internet access, speeds were OKAY. King bed was comfortable, foam pillows, no clock, dial telephone, minibar with canned beers. Five floors with terrace patio on 5th floor three patio tables and chairs. WiFi coverage did not work. No lift. Mechanical key attached to card to enable room electricity. Suite layout with sofa and chairs. Off-center view of flat-screen TV. TV had some English-language stations, no pay movies, mostly national stations. No closet! Odd, empty unfinished 3 by 3-meter room. Recption area with Internet PC (when power is on) and sofas. Adjacent restaurant space with a few tables. Breakfast served there 05:00-10:00. Egg Station is minimalist, two juice towers run empty by 09:30 (orange and mango), cerals seen but no milk seen, tea bags and instant coffee. Glass doors open to adjacent patio with walled seating area but numerous ciarette smokers. Adjacent indoor seating for restaurant/cafe with noisy TV audio of local TV news and staff playoing cellphone videos. Bottled Everest beer.
