I have dined in the other restaurants in this hotel and had a good experience so I was quite disappointed to find the service below par. Despite making a reservation, the restaurant didn't seem to be aware of it and had no table when we arrived. We had to wait around 25 minutes for them set one up, all the while no apology, nothing. Only later the Program Manager from elsewhere did show up and apologised for the mix up. The senior executives, obviously a foreigner just walked by without even a look at us to say anything. Frankly, I would expect more from Ramada. The decor is lovely and I did enjoy the food. Due to the fact, I am a member of the Privileges Club, I will use the hotel but may think twice about Hugo's.
