Be sure you're looking for it as it is a very well kept secret and you will miss it if you walk past the street. It was one of our best meals in Lisbon. The food was amazingly flavourful, hot, and well prepared. Don't expect fancy decor or amazing presentation. It's simple, honest food. We had the Lamb Xacuti, Sorpotel, & prawn curry. I am salivating while I am writing this :-) And the owner was very nice to us. We got talking and, by the end of it, he gave us gifts to take back home! Some of his speciality Goan sausages and more Xacuti. I'd definitely go here again.
