on the other side of the Arno, 45 minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio, i.e. out of reach for most tourists, you will find this authentic pizzeria where mainly locals come and enjoy the massive list of pizzas. though we arrived fairly late on a Sunday evening with a group of 9, they managed to get us a table and welcomed us with a smile. the pizzas are just excellent, prepared with the best of ingredients and impressive skill. also the day's special (a seafood pasta) was extraordinary. and the Pipistrello starter plate is amazing. thumbs up!
