My boyfriend and I ate dinner here and ordered the lamb chops and salmon. These were two of the most expensive options on the menu for TBH$599 (approx. AU$24) and TBH$450 (approx. AU$18) respectively, but came with a glass of wine each... In saying that we got a red and a white and it was very cheap wine that we only had one sip of and then didn't drink the rest. This is expensive compared to other restaurants in Railay, even the other restaurants at other surrounding resorts are cheaper than this... The lamb chops were the two small cutlets and a pathetic side serving of frozen vegetables. My salmon was not even half a piece of salmon, it was ridiculously small and served with veggies also with the piece of broccoli cold and watery. On the second bite getting into the middle of the salmon I had to spit it out into my napkin as it was cold and raw. After telling the waitress I didn't want anymore as it wasn't cooked she took it off the bill but still wanted us to pay for the lamb chops and two glasses of wine. We told them it was fine for me to pay for the glass of wine that I had got with my salmon since I wasn't paying for that meal, so we did, but they still weren't too pleased we weren't paying for the other glass (even though that came with the meal that we were paying for). They picked up my glass of white which was still full since I only had one sip and they handed it too each and kept looking at it and looked like they were going to poor it back and reserve it to someone else! We left before we saw what happened next. We're staying at the resort next door, Bhu Nga Thani, and have eaten at their restaurant a few times and had a great experience for much cheaper.
