The stall is located at one end of the RaoHe Street nightmarket. This is the end nearer to the famous Songshan Ciyou temple. You can’t miss the Pepper Bun stall. There is always a queue of 20 people at minimum at the stall. For TWD 50 a bun, you get a pipping hot bun filled with generous filling of pepper pork and chives. The bun is not flaky but it’s crispy, being cooked in a Chinese-style tandoori oven. The meat and chives is highly moisturized inside and taste good even when it’s cooled. Don’t worry about the queue, it moves fast. Took me about 15mins of wait to get my bun. Definitely recommend a try!
