This Union Market eatery looks nice, clean, fresh. Good service, but small/simple menu food descriptions eclipse food. Had the butternut squash soup, which was very good, and served hot, always questionable...but the main course, the turkey burger on toasted seeded bun (bun was very good) was disappointing. Turkey had to flavor and was sufficiently undercooked that it lacked any hint of searing/broiling/grilling...way too squishy. Comes with avocado, lettuce, tomato, pickle and choice of salad or fries. Had the salad, which is just a small serving of their house salad...barely any dressing and what there was was concentrated on a few leaves (pretty limp) at the bottom. Coffee was terrific and it wasn't crazy busy, so we could spend time without being rushed or feeling guilty. Most of the eateries here are to go or casual dining; this is a proper restaurant with servers. Brianna, our server, was attentive and efficient.
