I tried one of each of the tacos; spicy pulled pork, red chili beef, chicken verde and the mince and cheese. Each taco had a completely different flavour profile, and all of them were very good. The pulled pork is the hands-down winner, with a tangy and garlicky sauce and plenty of chili kick. I've heard they do fish and chorizo & potato tacos on occasion.
