It was shopping day and we had slept in, so decided to take advantage of a two for the price of one shop-a-docket offer. The offer was for bacon and eggs with toast with a hot drink. One serve of bacon and eggs was FOC under the deal. Our coffee arrived in about as long a time as it took to make it and the meals were not far behind. Two slices of toast with two poached ( our choice) eggs and four lean rashers of bacon. Quality and presentation was all that could be asked. At this Shingle Inn clients may be seated in the enclosed area or dine alfresco in the Mall. We chose the Mall and enjoyed our breakfast as early shoppers walked by. It was all most enjoyable.
