I am usually wary about restaurant in hotels, but we did not have a choice. Wise decision! The freshness of the Calamari, the lightly fried veggies in a paper-holder, the fish of the day--a surprise local catch, de-boned and lightly fried to a golden crisp. My Spaghetti Carbonara was rich with yellow egg yolk--a classic. The wine list was superb, enjoyed a nice glass of Barbera at a fair price.
