I went there with 4 friends for dinner. Reservation must be made beforehand. Not big but warm feeling. A kind of fushion of molecular cuisine that you will have surprise. Set menu will be changed every month, sometimes have special campaign. Even if you are vegetarian you can have choice. They explained to customers the material and procedure after they served each dish. Quality of food is excellent, I especially like their rack of lamb with hempseed, a bit spicy but so delicious. I can say that you will love it too. If you also like wine, their Japanese wine is a must. This restaurant that runs by a beautiful Chef, Karen and her brother Perry, who run a private kitchen before. Karen is also the Winner of Gourmand World Awards 2013 of Chicken Delicacy in Hong Kong, and her brother Perry is also the winner of the Bronze Medal (Main Course Seafood) in the 15th FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition 2013.
