This is what Hoabinh is really known for,and they
This little gem is located upstairs in the building next door to another restaurant Black Smith. We tried the fried rice noodle dish with chicken and onions and it was very good. They serve cold jasmine tea and offer little sides such as pickled cabbage and carrots and onions. They also have salad with a nice kiwi dressing that diners are welcome to help themselves. A mix of fruit marinated in mint came alongside the noodle dish and it was very refreshing. Some colleagues of ours had been here for lunch before and ordered the 'make your own rolls'. This is what Hoabinh is really known for, and they have won awards in the past for this dish. You dip rice paper in hot water to cook, then arrange the shrimp and vegetables and sauce to your liking and create your own vietnamese rice paper rolls. Really cute idea! The vegetables are really fresh and the restaurant is very clean and modern. I will definitely come back again to try the rice paper rolls and to try the Pho soup. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the dishes.
