We have eaten at this location several times when at the airport. But never again after this visit. The only positive things I can say are the chicken was good, and our server Tom was excellent. He was the only staff member I saw that was hustling to serve customers, check back with them, and even seat people because the hostess was always off somewhere else doing nothing. The worst part of our dining experience was when I ordered two desserts to go. I had a clear view of the pantry girl (where salads and desserts are). Although she was wearing blue gloves (seemed all staff wore them, other than the servers), I watched her go about her tasks, putting coleslaw into containers etc. She never changed her gloves, or even washed her hands with them on. She pulled out the pies, they were already pre-cut, and picked up each piece WITH HER HANDS and put them on plates and in take-out containers (my order). Then she went about unwrapping brownies and plating them for another order. All the while, touching dirty counter tops, bowls, and whatever else. Obviously, we changed our minds about wanting the desserts. Management obviously doesn't care. They can't miss this. While people wait for arrivals, or want to eat before going through security, they are very limited in choices of places to eat. Sit down restaurant, with a liquor licence, well known name… seems great. NOT!
