Shoyu is a nice, modern airport restaurant with iPads at every seat that you can use to order food. The system is very efficient. You sit down, use the iPad to order and pay (including tip), and your food comes. They are reasonably good at bringing food quickly, since it is an airport, after all. The food itself is pretty average. This time I had the Japanese fried chicken. There was a lot of chicken, but it was a little overcooked on both the outside (almost burnt) and the inside (too dry). It came on top of some teriyaki-flavored rice, which was decent, and some somewhat incongruous vegetables. Last time I think I had Korean fried chicken, which was better, but it wasn't on the menu anymore this time. The prices are a bit high, but not bad for a restaurant food at an airport.
