I read two fairly negative reviews here about Vasco and they are simply wrong. This is fine dining at its best. Attentive, intelligent service, brilliant decor, attention to the smallest detail and great food made my birthday lunch here memorable. Hard to find? Only if you're blind, steps? So what, this is HK! Quite pricey but it is genuine fine dining and for that, you have to expect to pay.
