By far this is one of the best fish head soups you can find in a neighbourhood coffeeshop or hawker centre. You can choose from a variety of fish head including Red Grouper, Grouper or Batang, and the soup has a clear flavour made from fish bones with bitter gourd added which leaves a smooth aftertaste. Beside fish soups, the menu also includes pig stomach soup - another excellent choice for a cool evening. The soup is less peppery than most other pig stomach soups around and the pork maw are well cleaned and softened. For meat lovers you can go for the Braised Pig Trotters and Bak Kut Teh (pork ribs soup). There is always an endless queue at the stall so be prepared to wait at least 30mins for the food to be served. Prices start from S$3.50 for a bowl of fish head bee hoon which is very reasonable.
