I visit Degani often because I work for Crown. Find that certain staff is very unhelpful, and no initiative or interest to offer assistance. When we ask for help to locate a missing item, the staff just said "I am busy I can't do anything" and we have to ask him to take our contact so he can call us but isn't he should be the one initiate? Or look around his workplace or even ask other staff. I have to call back after 3 hours to follow up. Not sure if busy for whole 3 hours or just not "trying" at all. In the normal days, still not much hospitality service, I usually just buy takeaway and won't stay for service.
