Came here after our dinner to get coffee and dessert. The staff got our orders mixed up and no ice cream was served on the side of our three cakes ordered after we paid for it. After waiting for like 20 minutes for our cakes to come after being served with cold coffee, no apologies were given and it was like this is how customers are treated here. Never coming back!
