I can't claim to the authenticity of the Korean dishes, but they're good. I've had bibimbap (regular and stone pot), bulgogi, spicy seafood stew, and others. The dish I really enjoyed was sushi over vegetables and rice. Delicious and very fresh. The serving sizes of these dishes is all really huge, too. The prices are a bit high (typical Princeton high), but the serving sizes make up for that, since I almost always get another meal from it. I've also come here for lunch with larger groups and they've always been accommodating. Their sushi is pretty good. Not the best in the area, but certainly above average. The decor here is nothing special, but it's clean. The wait staff are helpful and attentive, as well. Oh, my favorite things about Nassau Sushi are that it's BYOB, they have outdoor seating (which no one seems to use), and they give you best selection of Korean kimchi appetizers to start you off. One piece of advice: this place is tucked back behind the storefronts along the street. Once you see a break in the shops and homes along Nassau, look back for a blue house that just says "Sushi" on the door. It seemed very hidden when I first discovered it. The tables and chairs outside might be a good indicator, too.
