This is the worst Crystal Jade outlet I've encountered. I was passing over by on a weekend and decided stop by for dinner. The outlet was large and well decorated. The Captain was very charming and helpful in recommending some in-house specials. It was only a quarter full and it also appeared to have lots of of serving staff. Unfortunately, the quantity of serving staff does not reflect the level of service given. The waitresses and food servers were incompetent and rude. And, the waitresses just plain ignored my table and also other tables. After the patrons were lead to the table by the restaurant captain, we were left to fend for ourselves. All the patrons were desperately trying to attract the attention of the waitresses. If you manage to catch their eye, they would look away, mutter something and walk right past their table. And if you manage stop them, they were unhelpful and rude. Three times the wrong food was brought to my table. It was a relief when the right dishes arrived. One of my order, a simple stir-fry veg, arrived 45mins after the rest of the dishes. When my meal ended, I noticed that the restaurant was still empty. Maybe word has already spread amongst the locals that this Crystal jade is to be avoided.
