A stand out in HK: this food is fresh and clean and simply done. Brother and sister source produce, often from a family farm, that is well cooked and served with graciousness. It is largely vegetarian, but they do some meat dishes (chicken wings, pork meat balls). But this restaurant is doing something ahead of the pack in HK: focus on simple, good produce and prepare it well. It is busy at lunchtime as it is really cheap too. Not a very HK restaurant in some respects (simple and clean food), but very HK in others (crowded and casual). And the place is spotlessly clean! Worth the effort to get there, but it is on the MTR and close to exit B.
