I booked a table for 8 at 8:30pm. We were greeted and seated promptly in Venetian's well appointed dining room. The service was impeccable and our army of servers were attentive, informative and courteous. They have a very nice wine list and we enjoyed cocktails and wine all evening. We took our servers suggestion and he made us up some appetizer trays, all terrific. I had the lobster bisque and it was as good as I had ever had, pink and delicious(I'm not a fan of the orange version). Entree's were outstanding and we tried everything between the 8 of us. I had the veal chop which was as good as it gets. Around the table were salmon, bison short ribs, Dover sole & steaks. Everyone raved about their food. Sides are big enough to share. We lingered so long that no one wanted dessert but this is a world class chop house. It's worth the drive if you are not staying at the hotel.
