This restaurant is in none of the must-visit lists of Palermo. The interior is decidedly middle class and not very nice to Western European eyes. However, the food blew us away. The Caponata was amazing, the best I ever had. The others courses too, the pasta Norma, the Calamaro Pantesca, all deserve to be tried. We're quite fussy when it comes to the quality of our food, this was a close to perfect spot.
