It was my second visit after a long while. The restaurant is not noticeable from the outside and I have to check again the signage to make sure that it is the right one, I ordered a omakase set which means that the chef will prepare the dish with the best ingredient of the day. The appetiser of marinated fish in vinegar and seaweed is cool and refreshing. The sushi and sashimi were so fresh that I believe they left the fish market in Japan not long ago. The grilled abalone was a surprise as it came close to the end of the meal. Overall the food is outstanding although the menu design could be more traditional to follow the correct cooking sequence in a Japanese meal but innovative enough to include more choices of seasonal ingredient beyond just the expensive ones.
