I've driven past this little coffee shop many times and decided to try something different this morning and I'm glad I did. As foreigner with little of the Vietnamese language skills, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to communicate with one of the owners. I'm used to walking in and pointing to menu items and pretty much ordering the same items for lack of ability. It looks small from the outside but the bottom floor is nice and cool with a lot of seating, There's a larger room upstairs with a view too. It was a little warm in the morning but they quickly set up a fan and turned on the AC. I ordered Vietnamese coffee (Cafe Sua Da - Coffee Cream Ice), this is how I compare the quality to other shops I love. I was pleasantly surprised with the deep rich flavor. Definitely one of the better tasting coffees in this area. I didn't order anything to eat but I see that their are pastries available. Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, Cupcakes, etc. Here's something that a lot of people will appreciate, they have nice acoustic "unplugged" type of music playing. It's hard to express how much I like it here without "over-selling" it. I will continue to come here for the rest of my stay. I feel right at home.
