I am rather surprised that the experience we just had was at a hotel let alone a well known hotel like the Hilton Seoul. As we were getting done with ordering our food the waiter asked if we would like our food as they were ready and we agreed thinking that it would still be within a reasonable timeframe. This is where it all went wrong. Before our appetizers were even out one of the mains arrived with the soup. Then it was another 20 mins before two more mains came out. We then waited another 20 mins for the last main to show which never did and when we enquired they told us the waiter forgot to put the order in. I may be more forgiving if the food or the service was any decent but it was so tragic. The appetizers were edible but the portion was just too small for the price tag. I've had better calzone from a petrol station and there was nothing special about the Gorgonzola pizza. The restaurant was half empty and in my opinion there was no reason for the dishes to come out so slowly. No explanations or apology was given for the forgotten dish and no one came to check on us for the entire hour and a half we were there. I have given two stars as they did ask us about the food coming out as they were ready but otherwise would give a one. Overall over priced edible food with bad service. Not missing out on anything here. Go somewhere else.
