My partner and I visited Happy Herb EVERYDAY whilst in Sihanoukville. The family that run the restaurant are so wonderful, welcoming and happy! After one visit they knew us and even remembered us having no onions on our pizza when we forgot to ask the second time we ordered. The food is all delicious and the menus are super easy. It's so fantastically cheap too, the best prices we found in Sihanoukville, though we of corse didn't look everywhere. We visited Happy Herb for breakfast, lunch and dinner some days. They also offer delivery and takeaway which was ideal when my partner was ill and bed bound but still hungry!
