丽思卡尔顿三楼丽轩中餐厅,全广州只有三家酒店能吃到葵花鸡的餐厅之一,当然是皮爽肉嫩并清香诱人啦~ 而最赞的实在是香茅乳鸽,皮脆肉嫩,满口都是香茅的独特香气,但是这个在菜单上并没有喔,因为不是每天都有供应,想吃还得看运气叉烧和避风塘虾球都好好正~ 在这个主打新派粤菜和香港菜的餐厅,我想吃一个老广家常的凉瓜炒牛肉,虽然菜单上没有,但大厨也没有让我失望感谢郭元峰总厨的好推荐:石橄榄炖响螺,以清鸡汤慢火清炖,以“功夫汤”的形式呈现,独特的石橄榄味道缠绕着响螺的甜美,清甜无比。这顿晚餐很美妙
