我最爱的湖南菜哇。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。双椒鱼头,一半红色剁椒,一半青色泡椒,鱼头使用最传统的花鲢,现点现杀现蒸,新鲜到极致。鱼肉很嫩,双椒味道正宗,可是我最开心的是拿这道菜的汤汁浇米饭,简直吃下三碗无压力。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。蒜蓉金针菇,特别选了一道不辣的下饭。蒜炸成金蒜,别走风味。之所以入味就很关键,是因为也是一道蒸菜。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。豆豉花蛤,也是一道不辣的菜。分量很足,也非常爽口,下酒利器。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。小炒黄牛肉,据说是店家最辣的两道菜的其中之一。辣哭了,根本无法挑战,败下阵来,以后必须得绕道。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。凉拌海带丝,虽说有辣子,但辣度适当,配上醋特有的芳香,竟然有解辣的功效。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。腊肉烟笋,也不怎么辣,腊肉和烟笋都入味,只是我还是喜欢炒的做法,带汤的话,烟熏味道的汤实在喝不来。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。装潢,很精美,合适商务宴请和朋友相聚。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。服务,好的,可以开发票。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。&nbsp。希望店家保持品质,生意兴隆,给湘菜控的我留一个湘菜馆子的好选择。
