Puncak Alam is a main township in Kuala Selangor district in Selangor, Malaysia. It is located approximately 20 kilometers in the Northwest direction from Shah Alam, the state capital of Selangor. Previously developed from a palm estate holding of FELDA (Federal Land Development Authority) within the locale of Bukit Cherakah, this township started its initial development during the late 90''s under the management of Bukit Cherakah Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad. The developer later on, beginning from 15th May 2001 was superseded and transformed into the current Puncak Alam Housing Sdn Bhd as the principle developer and sales office for the real estates/properties within this particular township.
