My daughter and I came to this park to see some rare bird species that had been sighted here recently, We parked along Balboa at the north end of the park. We walked into the grassy soccer field at the north end and started looking at birds thru our binoculars and taking pictures. The park has an elevation of 856 feet and is found by driving up a road winding up a hill from Laguna Beach city off of PCH hwy. The park is right next to Aliso and Woods Canyon park with trails leading into the park. The trail leading just north of Moulton Meadows Park gives great views to the west of the coastline in Laguna with the Pacific Ocean and inland to the east into a deep canyon for Aliso and Wood Canyons Park. The raptors love flying on both sides of this hillside area. People (mostly locals) bicycle, jog, or walk their dog in this area on the trails.
