到底是什么让正在减肥的我毫不犹豫地举起筷子大快朵颐?咳咳,没错!就是阳朔的啤酒鱼! 刚来阳朔在兴坪古镇就吃过一次啤酒鱼,买奈何不正宗,失望至极。直到在朋友的推荐下吃到了这家“阿钟啤酒鱼”,一口下肚,让我这个鱼肉爱好者大呼:“OMG,这也太好吃了吧!” 啤酒鱼是在炖鱼的时候加入了啤酒腌制,其实真正吃起来是没什么啤酒味的。用的多是漓江剑骨鱼,肉质细嫩没有刺。口感鲜美,可以说是老少皆宜,人多的话一锅完全不够吃! 这个也算是桂林特色了,本来没报什么期待,但实际上意料之外的好吃!鸡肉很嫩,汤也完全不油腻,鲜滑爽口! 有点像天妇罗,但是口感很好,虽然是油炸但是不会感觉很腻,小朋友应该很喜欢~ 茄子怎么烧都不会难吃,爱了!超级下饭,就怕一不小心又吃胖了! 总之,来阳朔一定要来这家吃正宗的啤酒鱼哟,绝对不会让人失望!回到家里非常想念~五颗星推荐!
