We stayed two days in Jasper and had breakfast there twice. Its a small restaurant with tables seating, maybe ten people. Both times we ordered take out and ate at the picnic table outside our room at the Jasper House Bungalows. We ordered the Huevos Rancheros breakfast and wrap, oatmeal-cinnamon waffle with vanilla whipped cream and fresh fruits (yum!), Coco's breakfast wrap (eggs and veggies wrapped in curry tortilla),and vegetarian chili with toasted bagel. All dishes were delicious!
