Third time around and this is an excellent noodle place! Drop the slurping of the noodles from the soup ...this is a no-soup place - only noodles! The "flavour" of the noodles are placed at the bottom of the bowl.....so you have to do some energetic mixing of noodle and spices. Ordering are done by the vending machine and you might have to wait in line outside during busy hours i.e weekends. Anyway that should be quite fast since it is only 10 seatings so the turn over time is good! There is an English menu and "manual" for noodle mixing and non-locals can get any help for ordering they would need. Personal favorite is spicy miso (medium size) and the yuzokusho...and you can withold the nori as well!
This noodle has a mind blowing taste. I never get enough with the noodle and its taste...just a great one. Always come to this noodle shop everytime to Japan. Please pick the LL size spicy noodle and topping with onsen tomago (boiled egg).
Ramen is popular food in Japan but recently Aburasoba is more popular. Aburasoba is no soup, only origin source, you shoud use oil and vinegar to mix soba. It is really delicious. Place is near the Ginza station but store is small so you shoud go there at afternoon is best. Price is cheap and you can deside volume. I hope you can enjoy it.
