We have been going here for years and it never fails. Rafa is a great host and we always begin with the delicious oloroso sherry. The tapas are all very good but don't miss the Gambas con ajillo . Have some almendras while you wait. The prices have risen a bit but still well worth it.
Meeting a friend who'd recommended Mar I Terra we arrived early to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman who treated us like 'old friends'. Once our friend arrived and after a chat we ordered several dishes and a lovely bottle of white rioja. They didn't take long to arrive and were really tasty and fresh. It wasn't too busy and we spent a good couple of hours over lunch. I would definitely re-visit this authentic and charming restaurant.
