朋友介绍来的，这次是第二次来。推荐猪扒碎饭+额外加香茅牛肉串，牛肉非常的想而且是卷着烤香，无敌好吃。猪扒已经炸香脆，里面虽然有点干但是还是很美味的。汤河粉推荐：牛腩生牛肉河粉，河粉味道不会很咸刚刚好，汤底不算很浓郁，加上金不换带出了汤的香味。还有值得推荐的是虾肉春卷也是非常的棒哒，很细的春卷被生菜包裹着沾上酸甜的酱汁作为开胃才很不错

It was really good, unsure what happened this time. So imbalanced with spices, too much cinnamon and bland. With so many competition around, they can't really afford to drop their game. It was fast service though.

Pho Hoang serves only soups and rightly so. They are sensational and although there is hardly time to wipe down the tables between patrons, (they do of course) its always busy. Can pretty much always get a table if not, its only a few minutes wait. This is seriously the best Pho in Springvale in my opinion and I have been to Vietnam 8 times so I should be able to know a good Pho.
